The Association’s educational platform for the professional development of perinatal support practitioners.
The Academy will bring together practical training, clinical and psychological case reviews, professional ethics, trauma-informed communication, interdisciplinary collaboration and the development of skills for supporting women.
Particular attention will be paid to professional boundaries, the delineation of competencies, respect for women’s decisions and cooperation between practitioners.
The Academy includes the lab “Before You Touch” («Перед тим як торкнутися»), the peer consultation lab “Around Birth” («Навколо пологів»), and the courses “Gentle Postpartum Wrapping” («Дбайливе сповивання») and “Rebozo” («Ребозо»).
